Our LEED Gold Navajo Nation Department of Transportation Office Building project near Tse Bonito, New Mexico has achieved Designed to Earn the ENERGY STAR® certification. This is the first step in achieving the final Energy Star label. The next step will be to track actual energy performance of the building for 2 years after occupancy, which will show how our buildings perform in real life.
