Current/Recent Projects:
Electrical System Study for VA Long Beach (VALB) Facility- Long Beach, California
Ms. Medjamia duties for this project consist in providing an independent and documented overview of the entire electrical infrastructure conditions in each building at each Medical Center using SKM power tools for windows for the analysis of the electrical power system encompass 11-story hospital and additional 24 buildings on the campus. The electrical system includes a 12 kV feed from SCE consisting of a preferred incoming line and an alternate (emergency) line. Ms Medjamia involvement includes site visits to the VAMC, obtaining all necessary data to generate reports from drawings, personal inspection with the appropriate VAMC staff, and gather Information for site electrical utilities from the electrical utility (DWP) and through appropriate non-destructive metering and of systems.
VA Loma Linda “Design Repairs/Mods to Isolation Rooms- Loma Linda, California
Ms Medjamia participation in this project includes providing engineering services for repairs and modifications to isolation rooms at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans Medical Center, Loma Linda, California. Ms Medjamia was responsible of identifying all the needed repairs and modification to the 23 existing isolation rooms to meet current electrical standards, which includes the constructability review of the desired repairs.
